The 2012 International Babywearing Conference is offering sponsorship opportunities to businesses and groups that serve families. Babywearing International is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote babywearing as a universally accepted practice that benefits both the child and caregiver.
The conference will offer four days of classes, workshops, demonstrations and socializing for parents, parents-to-be, vendors, and educators. Sponsors will be recognized on our web site., registration information, handouts and other printed materials at the conference. Vendors will also have the opportunity to rent a booth in our “Green Family Expo” vending hall. The vending hall will be open to companies selling any type of carrier or product that appeals to families trying to live a green lifestyle. While the focus of the conference is babies and toddlers who are worn in cloth carriers, many conference attendees will have older children as well, so vendors specializing in that age group are also encouraged to participate.
If your organization is interested in participating in this exciting event by donating products or providing financial assistance as a sponsor, see the section below for an explanation of the available opportunities.
Thank you for your participation and we look forward to seeing you in June, 2012!
